Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Spray Foam Insulation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on spray foam experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and follows strict safety standards.
We are seeking an experienced Spray Foam Insulation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on spray foam experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and follows strict safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation
- Operate spray rigs, compressors, and related equipment safely
- Prepare and clean job sites before and after application
- Monitor foam quality, temperature, and thickness during installation
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with leads and supervisors
Requirements:

Spray foam insulation experience is required
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in hot, cold, or confined areas
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional overtime or travel may be required)
