- Design, develop, and deliver AI‑driven automation solutions, including generative AI, conversational AI, and agentic workflows
- Build, deploy, and maintain scalable applications such as chatbots, copilots, and multi‑agent systems
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Integrate AI and automation solutions with existing enterprise systems using APIs, cloud services, and modern architectures
- Optimize and continuously improve solutions through monitoring, data analysis, and enhancements
- Ensure high‑quality, secure, and maintainable code by following best practices in software development and AI engineering
- Prototype and experiment with emerging technologies to drive innovation
- Document solutions, processes, and best practices to support scalability, governance, and knowledge sharing
