Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Pay Range: $25-27/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Completes intake paperwork for new referrals to programs and communicates with families inquiring about ABA services
• Maintains accurate, up-to-date records of all clients, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
• Communicates daily with staffing coordinator in anticipation of needs for staff hours and locations keeps the Program Directors informed
• Meets monthly with the Program Directors and administrative team for regular check-in about programs, individuals and staff
• Attends staff meetings and/or trainings to become a knowledge expert in each program to better brand ABA services and programs for potential families and/or clients

Qualifications and Skills:

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology or related field
• Experience working in the Human Services or disability field
• An understanding of Applied Behavioral Analysis
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and problem solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other database software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
