Intake Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Pay Range: $25-27/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Completes intake paperwork for new referrals to programs and communicates with families inquiring about ABA services
- Maintains accurate, up-to-date records of all clients, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
- Communicates daily with staffing coordinator in anticipation of needs for staff hours and locations keeps the Program Directors informed
- Meets monthly with the Program Directors and administrative team for regular check-in about programs, individuals and staff
- Attends staff meetings and/or trainings to become a knowledge expert in each program to better brand ABA services and programs for potential families and/or clients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology or related field
- Experience working in the Human Services or disability field
- An understanding of Applied Behavioral Analysis
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other database software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
