Sales Director, Community Sales Team
Join Verity Solutions as a Sales Director on the Community Sales Team, where you will lead market expansion across major health systems and drive enterprise growth. In this role, you will build executive relationships, deliver value-driven solutions, and position Verity as a trusted partner to healthcare organizations and FQHCs while driving meaningful revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive market penetration and revenue growth across healthcare systems and FQHC’s.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account growth plans.
- Lead consultative sales engagements to align Verity solutions with customer needs.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to execute strategies.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and account insights using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with team members to develop targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Lead RFP strategy for designated territory and responses for key target accounts.
- Represent Verity at industry events and executive client engagements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal advocate for customer success.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience with consistent quota achievement.
- Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills.
- Experience engaging VP and C-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic sales environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required).
- Experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or 340B environments.
- Experience selling into IDNs or large hospital systems.
- Demonstrated ability to develop long-term strategic accounts.
Working Conditions
- This role operates in a home office environment with regular technology use. Travel is required to support client engagement and business needs.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
