Description

Creating Safer Workplaces for Everyone.

At SafeHR, we’ve been helping businesses look after their people and build stronger teams for over 30 years. When you join us, you’ll be part of a supportive, expert-driven company that’s trusted by more than 2,000 customers across the UK.

We don’t do one-size-fits-all HR. We listen, we understand, and we deliver tailored advice and smart software that make a real difference — whether it’s streamlining processes, navigating employment law, or empowering leaders to build high-performing teams.

If you’re passionate about people, growth, and making work better, you’ll fit right in at SafeHR.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with SMEs and supporting them in managing their HR and Health and Safety needs through our SafeHR and SafeWorkforce solutions.

Using a consultative approach, you will build strong relationships, understand customer challenges, and deliver tailored solutions that add real value. By developing a high-quality pipeline and maximising conversion, you will consistently achieve and exceed targets while contributing to long-term customer success and business growth.

What that means day to day

  • Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through a mix of inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and targeted campaigns
  •  Engage with SMEs to understand their HR and Health and Safety challenges, using a consultative approach to recommend the right solutions
  •  Manage and nurture a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent activity and strong conversion rates at every stage
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to maximise cross-sell opportunities
  •  Accurately track, forecast, and manage all activity within the CRM, maintaining high standards of data quality and reporting

What you’ll need to be successful

To succeed in this role, you’ll be a confident and driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-led environment. You’ll enjoy building relationships, asking the right questions, and delivering solutions that genuinely help customers. With a proactive mindset and strong organisational skills, you’ll be comfortable managing multiple opportunities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

  •  Proven experience in B2B telephone sales within a consultative environment
  •  Strong track record of achieving or exceeding new business sales targets
  •  Ability to manage and convert a pipeline of opportunities from lead through to close
  •  Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  •  Experience working across both inbound and outbound sales activity
