What You�ll Do:
- Provide personalized physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans for residents
- Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall wellness
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team including nursing, wellness, and activities staff
- Educate residents and families on exercises and injury prevention
- Supervise two Physical Therapy Assistants

- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal skills and upbeat attitude

This position is 30 hours per week and includes full benefits. The position hours are typically 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday and cover one partial day Saturday per month to cover late Friday admission and insurance cut discharges. The hours for this position can be flexible.
