Seasonal Overnight Front Office Agent

Red Jacket Resorts is looking for skilled hospitality professionals to join their team for the 2026 Summer Season. This person will be responsible for welcoming guests in a genuine and gracious manner, checking them in and out, and familiarizing them with the features and amenities of the resort. The role requires excellent verbal communication and organizational skills. The person must enjoy guest interaction and have ability to anticipate and accommodate guest requests. The guest reception agent must provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to guests, creating a memorable impression with each guest interaction.
