
Coordinator, Canadian Wealth Management (Toronto)
Job Description
- Office management: Manage day-to-day office operations (meeting rooms, supplies, and service partners).
- Health & safety (OHS): Serve as OHS representative for multiple floors; support inspections, incident tracking, and hazard prevention.
- Executive support: Provide backup coverage to Executive Assistants and support urgent priorities.
- Event coordination: Support planning and logistics for employee/client events, conferences, and seminars.
- Collaboration & controls: Partner with the support team and follow Scotiabank values, policies, and risk/compliance requirements.
DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS
We’d love to work with you if you have:
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in an admin/coordinator role (financial services an asset).
- Highly organized; able to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Clear communicator with a professional, client-ready approach.
- Discreet and trusted with confidential information.
- Preferred: familiarity with financial terminology.
