Application Development and Support Specialist
Job Description
Job Purpose:
As an Application Support & Education Specialist, you'll play a vital role in empowering high-performance teams across the LAC region. You'll do this by delivering user-centric support, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that drive the adoption of our enterprise applications (including CIS and AI platforms like LARA, SARA, and NexChat). You will serve as a crucial link between IT and business users, ensuring everyone effective use of digital tools.
Responsibilities:
Provide first- and second-level support for CIS and other IT-developed applications in the LAC region
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, escalating when necessary.
Collaborate with global support teams to ensure efficient and effective handover and resolution.
Document and maintain knowledge base articles and user guides for CIS and other IT-developed applications in the LAC region
Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions (virtual and in-person) for enterprise applications and AI tools.
Support the execution of the LAC AI Journey by facilitating onboarding and learning experiences.
Contribute to the creation of training materials using content from the DART team and other global resources.
Promote the use of AI platforms (LARA, SARA, NexChat) and help users integrate them into their daily workflows.
Act as a liaison between business users and IT to gather feedback and identify training needs
Participate in cross-functional meetings to align support and education efforts with business priorities.
Share knowledge with peers, trainers, and subject matter experts to build internal capability.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field required.
Experience with AI platforms or digital adoption tools.
Knowledge of change management principles
Working Conditions:
