Deputy General Manager_IT Business Partner - Enterprise Services - VOIS_Pune

What you will do

• Align IT strategy and initiatives with Enterprise Service Line business objectives to enable measurable outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders, translating business needs into clear, prioritised IT requirements and high-level solutions.
• Define, evolve, and govern a forward-looking technology roadmap that supports operational efficiency, service growth, and competitive advantage.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that address business challenges and enhance customer and service outcomes.
• Oversee delivery of IT initiatives across the Enterprise tower, ensuring progress, timely decisions, risk management, and resolution of escalations.
• Support change enablement by driving adoption of new systems through communication, training, and post-implementation support.
• Contribute to IT budget planning, demand forecasting, benefit realisation, and cost optimisation while maintaining business value.
