What You’ll Be Doing

As part of Steven’s team, you’ll play a key role in progressing claims from start to finish. Your responsibilities will grow as you develop, and may include:

  • Reviewing and summarising medical records and other evidence
  • Handling document redaction in line with legal and GDPR requirements
  • Responding to queries from stakeholders including insurers, experts, and witnesses
  • Assisting with legal research and general case support
  • Helping the team deliver excellent client service and meet performance targets

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades 5/A–C or above)
  • A demonstrated interest in law through further study (e.g. LPC, ILEX) or legal experience
  • Previous experience or understanding of the litigation process (RTA, EL, or PL preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
  • The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering great client service
