D. Digital Revenue & Network Monetization
• Drive digital revenue growth through VAS, content, and device enabled services.
• Link digital and device usage to data consumption growth and ARPU uplift.
• Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities across customer segments.
• Support monetization of network investments through content and device ecosystems.
E. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
• Build and manage partnerships with:
o Global OTT platforms
o Local and regional content providers
o Device manufacturers and distributors
o EdTech, HealthTech, Gaming and AdTech partners
• Negotiate commercial, licensing, and revenue sharing agreements.
• Promote local digital content and device innovation to strengthen differentiation.
F. Customer Engagement & Digital Growth
• Drive digital engagement initiatives through:
o Gamification
o Influencer marketing
o Social media integration
o Device led adoption campaigns
• Develop digital loyalty initiatives tied to content and device usage.
• Embed daily digital habits among customers.
G. Performance Monitoring & Analytics
• Establish and track KPIs including:
o MAU
o Digital subscriptions
o Engagement time
o Digital & device driven revenue
o ARPU uplift
• Use analytics to optimize customer experience and service performance.
H. Cross Functional Leadership
• Work closely with:
o Segments & Product
o Technology & IT
o Network
o CVM & Marketing
o Legal & Regulatory
• Ensure scalability, compliance, and strong go to market execution.
