Job Description
What you will do
- Act as the single point of contact for all programme and portfolio management (PPM) demand requests related to ERP and Management Services.
- Receive, acknowledge, and register demand requests, ensuring completeness and clarity of information from requesters.
- Coordinate assessment and implementation activities across internal teams and external suppliers.
- Track and report demand status across key stages, including impact assessment and implementation progress.
- Maintain accurate logs of actions and decisions from governance and approval forums.
- Provide regular reporting, metrics, and trend analysis on demand volumes and delivery status.
- Support business stakeholders in shaping robust business cases and aligning delivery assumptions.
- Represent ERP and Management Services within enterprise-level demand management forums.
- Ensure approved demands are smoothly handed over to Service Transition teams.
