Job Description
What you will do
- Own and manage applications across all lifecycle stages, from onboarding through to decommissioning.
- Act as the primary technical contact for applications, covering both strategic direction and day-to-day operational topics.
- Support audits and compliance activities, including ISO, security, GDPR, and SOX-related requirements.
- Contribute to business-as-usual operations, supported by external vendors where applicable.
- Ensure applications deliver required functionality aligned to business needs.
- Advise on projects and capability changes, providing input on feasibility, risks, and dependencies.
- Provide design inputs and collaborate with domain and cross-domain architects when requested.
- Manage partner interactions and maintain clear, transparent stakeholder communication.
- Work closely with Business Owners on demand management activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date application documentation in ALFABET.
- Monitor application support status and initiate decommissioning analysis when appropriate.
- Coordinate Identity and Access Management activities, including access provisioning and account reconciliation.
- Support security assessments and broader compliance topics as required.
