Role purpose:
As Legal Executive assistant, the role is to provide full assistance to the Division’s ME and guarantee that the team is catered for.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist the Director in the administration of the department’s needs;
- Manage all Legal monthly plans – travels, trainings logistics, consumables and etc;
- Keep records of all documentation from and for ME-legal;
- Manage all the payments of the suppliers and cash needed for the operation of the division;
- Follow up on signatures of the division’s documents (Memos, policy’s and procedures, response letters and requests).
What we are looking in you:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- PC Literate – at least intermediate level MS Office, especially Excel;
- Project Management capabilities;Ability to organize and plan;
- Action orientated;
- Highly confidential – know how to keep internal issues confident;
- Great interactive skills;
- Highly available to assist at any time.
