Hiring Specialist Responsibilities:
- Create all jobs ads and post them to job boards
- Review all applications
- Take applicants through our hiring process
- Conduct open interviews
- Schedule and complete phone interviews
- Schedule and conduct in-person interviews
- Follow-up with applicants
- Work alongside each department for hiring needs
- Work closely with company trainer when hiring a candidate
Hiring Specialist Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized
- Friendly
- Must be able to follow-up
