Job Description
What you will do
- Act as the IT representative to business stakeholders and the business representative to IT teams for Amdocs MEC.
- Lead the identification and analysis of business drivers to derive business, information, technical and solution requirements.
- Analyse IT industry and market trends to assess their potential impact on the enterprise landscape.
- Collaborate with Business Engagement Managers to understand solution needs from a product catalogue perspective.
- Ensure implemented solutions meet business objectives and leverage industry best practices.
- Work collaboratively with central and local technology stakeholders to ensure appropriate technology infrastructure supports delivery and operations.
- Set clear objectives and deliverables for projects, providing technical guidance and direction to team members.
- Drive innovation across IT domain processes and systems in collaboration with software providers, systems integrators and business teams.
- Maximise the use of technology to simplify systems and processes, improving efficiency and enabling business growth.
- Act as a conduit for external catalogue-related requests, providing clarity on catalogue direction and objectives.
- Provide solution direction and guidance to other MEC designers and application teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with business leads, technology leads, vendors and external partners.
