Job Description
What you’ll do
- Provide expert legal advice and strategic business partnering with the Vodafone Partners team and the Legal & Business Integrity Leadership Team members.
- Responsible for advising on Vodafone Partners matters including negotiating related strategic programmes, advising on early disputed matters, and liaising with other members of L&BI as well as providing a key link to other business areas.
- Provide legal advice to board directors and senior business stakeholders on complex contractual matters, ensuring contractual compliance.
- Develop strong business partner relationships with key leaders across Vodafone Investments, Legal & Business Integrity, Group External Affairs, Vodafone Local Markets, Commercial Shared Operations and Vodafone Business to enable value delivery in an effective, efficient and compliant way.
- Support transformation initiatives in order to improve operational excellence, enable growth and support Vodafone in earning customer loyalty.
- Play a proactive role in the Legal & Business Integrity Team, taking on responsibility for sponsoring change programmes and projects to drive improvements, Spirit behaviours and engagement year on year.
