Job Description

You will answer inbound customer calls, chats, and emails, enter bulk gas orders, and handle customer requests Make outbound calls to collect tank gauge readings when not handling inbound activity Furthermore, you will coordinate delivery timing with customers and work with Logistics Planners to ensure efficient, reliable deliveries Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and support order fulfillment Also, you will partner daily with sales, technicians, accounting, and cross-functional teams to expedite orders and address concerns Complete administrative tasks including data entry, order processing, correspondence, and resolving billing or account issues Use systems such as JDE and Field Centrix and apply strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) You will collaborate effectively in a team environment to meet service and performance goals
