We are looking for an HR Intern to join our growing Latin American team and support our HR operations across Brazil, Chile, and Mexico. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, organized, and interested in building a career in Human Resources within a multinational consulting environment. You will work closely with the HR Manager, gaining hands-on exposure to regional and global HR processes. Maintaining employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Supporting vacation tracking, leaves of absence, and offboarding documentation. Assisting with performance evaluation cycles and training follow-ups. Supporting payroll and benefits administration processes. Helping prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations. Supporting HR initiatives related to employee engagement and internal communications. Assisting with SAP data accuracy and HR systems support. Supporting the structuring and implementation of regional HR processes. Supporting recruitment processes (interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups). Your profile Undergraduate student in Business Administration, Psychology , or related fields. Expected Graduation July 2028. Fluent or advanced English (mandatory) Portuguese required ; Spanish is a strong plus Strong interest in Human Resources and people-related topics Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks Discretion when handling confidential information Proactive mindset, good communication skills, and willingness to learn If you’re interested, and if you’d like to offer your skills and commitment to our international team, then we would be pleased to receive your application.
