Labcorp is seeking a Biopharma Support Services Representative to join our team in Buffalo, NY.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
The Biopharma Support Services Representative provides administrative, operational, and client support for biopharma service activities. This role helps coordinate meetings, track projects and deliverables, maintain documentation, support invoicing and reporting cycles, and assist with sample accessioning as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working across internal teams and client-facing processes in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings by supporting scheduling, agenda preparation, meeting logistics, and documentation of minutes and action items.
- Track projects, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to help ensure timely execution and follow-through.
- Prepare and distribute routine project status updates and reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Assist with client service activities by responding to requests, coordinating communications, and helping maintain strong working relationships.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation, records, and project files in applicable systems and reports.
- Support month-end processes, including client invoicing, metrics reporting, and related administrative follow-up.
- Assist with sample accessioning and related operational support activities as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, communicate priorities, and support day-to-day business operations.
- Help ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with internal procedures and quality expectations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business-related field
- 2 or more years customer service experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical industry
Additional Job Standards
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and laboratory information systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
