Position Summary As an Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst , you’ll play a key role in protecting our organization by ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time. This isn’t just about managing accounts; it’s about strengthening security, supporting the business, and helping us continuously improve how we manage identity and access across the organization. You’ll partner across IT, HR, and business teams, tackle complex access challenges, and help drive improvements in our IAM processes and tools. Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, your days will be a mix of hands-on problem solving and stepping back to look at the bigger picture. You’ll spend time reviewing and validating access requests, especially the more complex or higher-risk ones, making sure everything aligns with policy and truly reflects business need. You’ll oversee the full identity lifecycle, from onboarding through role changes and terminations, ensuring access is both timely and appropriate. You’ll also be the go-to person when things aren’t straightforward, jumping in to troubleshoot complex access or authentication issues and partnering with Engineering and Security teams to find the right solution. Along the way, you’ll help lead access reviews, support audit activities, and identify opportunities to tighten controls or improve processes. Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll play a key role in maturing our IAM program, helping refine role-based access models, improving workflows, and identifying opportunities for automation. You’ll collaborate closely with IT, HR, and business teams, and serve as a trusted resource when it comes to IAM best practices and guidance. What it Takes: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, MIS, CIS, Cybersecurity, or a related field—or equivalent work experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support, identity management, or security-related roles Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and authentication systems in a networked environment Familiarity with identity lifecycle management processes. Bonus Points: Experience in the financial services industry.
