Job Description
Role Overview We’re looking for a Pega Senior System Architect to join our technology team within the financial services sector. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and governing high quality Pega applications that support critical business processes. This is a hybrid role based in Newcastle (2-3 days per week). Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of Pega applications Ensure solutions follow Pega best practices and guardrails Support solution architecture, integration design, and quality assurance Mentor junior developers and guide delivery teams Contribute to user story refinement and technical planning
