Senior Network Engineer

Role Overview Manage necessary resources for the expected production of the enterprise network in accordance with the latest rules, contracts with suppliers and service contracts. Provides second level assistance, with respect to quality, productivity and security, in order to ensure continuity of service to users. Key Responsibilities To be an integral member of the support team. To investigate and resolve assign incidents. To action approved and designed changes. To communicate with customers to provide progress reports on Incidents. To identify and report on areas of known problems. To monitor relevant queues within the incident reporting tool. Measures and optimises infrastructure network performance. Administers IT resources and networks (users, quality of service, site security, IT networks, telecommunications infrastructure, transverse applications) Provides Tier 2 support, in the framework of service level agreements (SLA) Must regularly inform the Team Leader or another manager regarding work and projects progress.
