Job Description

• Keeps a record of the arrival and departure of the hotel.
• Co-ordinates group arrival and departures.
• Addresses questions pertaining to room accommodations and rates.
• Makes effort on low occupancy dates to maximize room revenue.
• Maintains a favourable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and get business related information of the competition hotels.
• Maintains a close co-ordination with the airline staff.
• Facilitates guest check-in and check-out at the airport.
• Presents options and alternatives to unreserved guests and offer assistance in making choice, types of available rooms as well as services of the property.

Other Duties
