We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business through prospecting, networking, and building strong relationships within the community. You will assess client needs and recommend customized insurance solutions across a range of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Texas Insurance License (Property & Casualty, Life & Health as applicable) or willing to obtain
Proven experience in sales, preferably within insurance or financial services
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly organized
Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic pipeline
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Responsibilities
- Proactively develop leads through cold/warm calls, networking, and referrals
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals
- Foster lasting customer relationships through consistent communication and support
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance targets
- Stay informed on industry products, trends, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing and client satisfaction
