Operational Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Specialist Bulk&Onsite

You will provide visible SHEQ leadership and support the development of the SHEQ agenda in Finland and across the organization In close cooperation with the SHEQ team, operational and functional managers, you will reinforce a strong safety culture and drive compliance with relevant SHEQ standards, permits, and regulations You will deliver timely, accurate, and practical support across all areas of SHEQ Furthermore, you will support the effective and sustainable implementation of SHEQ behaviors and prioritized initiatives in Finland Moreover, you will monitor and support compliance with legal and statutory requirements and Linde Global Harmonized standards And support SHEQ incident investigations and ensure implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions In addition, you will support risk management, change management, monitor and analyze SHEQ KPIs, facilitate training sessions, participate in regional and local SHEQ forums, and implement relevant legal and Linde Global standards This position is a fixed-term parental leave replacement
