Credit to Cash - French Speaker (m/f/d)

- You will be responsible for managing and monitoring overdue accounts, contacting customers by phone and email to discuss and implement payment solutions. - Further more your duties include analyzing outstanding balances, establishing payment plans, monitoring commitments made - You will also accurately be recording interactions in the system, and adhering to internal procedures, while always ensuring an ethical and customer-focused approach.
