The Smokin’ GUN is looking for a dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to help drive excellence and bring our signature steakhouse experience to life.
What You'll Own
Support the Restaurant General Manager in driving operations, performance, and guest satisfaction.
Lead by example on the floor, ensuring exceptional service standards at all times.
Oversee the flow between kitchen and service, ensuring seamless execution.
Maintain and enforce SOPs and quality standards across the team.
Take full leadership of the outlet in the absence of the Line Manager.
Engage with guests, gather feedback, and turn insights into actionable improvements.
Deliver team briefings, coaching, and training to build a high-performing team.
What You Bring
2–5 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in a Forbes Five-Star luxury international hotel.
Experience working in at least two different countries.
Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury or high-end dining venue.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, beverage cost control, and inventory management.
Understanding of menu engineering and P&L performance.
A natural leader with experience managing multicultural teams.
Passion for training, mentoring, and elevating service standards.
Excellent spoken and written English; additional European language(s) are an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
Food Hygiene Certification and Train-the-Trainer certification (advantage).
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
