The position blends consultative account management, regulatory understanding, and cross-functional coordination to support complex enterprise clients. You will regularly engage with senior stakeholders in Quality, Regulatory, and Operations functions, helping translate system outputs into actionable insights that improve inspection readiness. Operating with significant autonomy, you will identify risks, drive adoption, and support retention and expansion opportunities.
