Life Insurance Producer (Warm Book + Monthly Opportunities Provided)


Job Overview

We are a growing insurance agency looking for a high-performing Life Insurance Producer to take over and expand an existing book of business. This is not a cold-start role.

You will have immediate access to:

  • 600+ existing policies (warm book)
  • 10–15 new households per month** from our current pipeline
  • Cross-sell opportunities from an established P&C client base

Compensation

  • $1,000/month base
  • 35% commission on all new business (uncapped)
  • Ongoing opportunities for growth as production increases

This role is designed for someone who wants uncapped earning potential with a steady flow of opportunity NOT someone looking to be micromanaged.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Life Insurance Agent
  • Strong closing ability
  • Comfortable working warm leads and existing clients
  • Self-motivated and accountable
  • Able to consistently produce
