You will oversee compensation, equity, benefits, and wellness programs designed to attract and retain top-tier scientific, technical, and commercial talent. The role requires close collaboration with executive leadership, Finance, Legal, and HR teams to ensure rewards programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business strategy. You will act as a key advisor on pay philosophy, executive compensation, and incentive design while ensuring scalability as the organization evolves from development to commercialization. This is a highly strategic yet hands-on role requiring strong analytical capability and leadership presence. It offers the opportunity to directly influence talent attraction, retention, and organizational growth.
