This role is designed for a hands-on talent acquisition leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and wants to directly shape how a company builds its teams. You will own end-to-end recruiting across key business functions while also defining and scaling the systems, processes, and hiring standards that enable long-term growth. Acting as both a high-impact individual contributor and a builder of recruiting infrastructure, you will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to ensure every hire meets a high bar for ownership, judgment, and execution. The role blends strategic talent leadership with deep operational execution, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and funnel optimization. You will play a central role in improving hiring quality, speed, and consistency across the organization.
