You will lead and coach MSL Managers while strengthening capabilities across onboarding, training, and scientific engagement. Acting as a key connector between medical affairs, global functions, and regional teams, you will help shape insights-driven engagement strategies and field execution models. This is a high-impact, travel-intensive leadership role requiring strong scientific acumen and proven people leadership in matrixed organizations.
