This senior commercial leadership role focuses on driving growth within the Taft-Hartley, multi-employer, and union-sponsored benefits ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end sales strategy across labor trust markets, building trusted relationships with fund trustees, benefits administrators, consultants, and union stakeholders. The role requires a consultative, mission-driven approach to selling healthcare solutions that improve outcomes for hourly and trades populations. You will operate at the intersection of healthcare innovation and complex benefits governance, translating value-based care models into compelling financial and clinical outcomes for funds.
