Job Title: BESS Sales Manager
Job Location: Boulogne Billancourt
Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities are as follows :
• Develop new business opportunities in the large-scale energy storage (SSE) sector through aggressive exploration, networking, and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with major companies, general contractors and energy ecosystem partners.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from first contact to contract signing, and closely track sales opportunities.
• Coordinate operational activities with European and World Headquarters to ensure consistency and effectiveness of the strategy.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis (competitive intelligence, trends, EHS regulations) to anticipate the evolution of the industry.
• Collaborate with European Headquarters to assist in the development of regional operational strategies.
• Required configuration file
Professional competences:
• Engineering (preferably chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering).
• Minimum of 5 years of technical or sales experience with extensive knowledge of data center infrastructure solutions.
• Excellent knowledge in Uninterruptible Power Supply, Modular DC technology, features and benefits.
• Good communication skills (written and oral), presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory); Another European language would be an asset.
Personal Suitability:
• Entrepreneurship and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while working effectively with international teams.
• Organizational capacity and effective management of priorities.
• Availability for frequent trips (up to 50%) and flexibility to work outside of regular hours according to client needs.
