Job Description
Collaborating with a diverse array of stakeholders within the MedHealth business, this role supports the MedHealth Program Office, an enterprise level program office and Centre of Excellence for project management. The role is responsible for analysis and insights to support our Business Transformation Change initiatives, ensuring connection between business requirements and delivery, and supporting project leadership in managing messaging to and from the business and delivery squads.
The role works as part of a team delivering technology-focused projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality, whilst bridging business and agile squad teams. It combines classic project management with sufficient technical depth to drive sound decisions and effective guidance of delivery teams.
This is a fixed-term, full-time position for 12 months. Hybrid work arrangement available.
You will work closely with stakeholders to analyse current processes and define future state processes
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the business to understand the requirements for new initiatives, understanding and mapping current processes, and developing future state processes and maps
- Undertake “as-is” process analysis understanding of existing processes, including key data points such as templates and artefacts from business
- Define the ideal “to be” process, considering project objectives as well as business needs
- Walk through “to be” process with stakeholders and capture feedback
- Complete user acceptance testing based on business requirements and tickets being developed
- Undertake ongoing gap analyses – both process and technical, drafting additional requirements as needed:
- Requirements: Confirmation of build/config and process change requirements. Prioritisation of build requirements
- Proactively identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
- Structured and critical thinking to synthesise data from several systems and map those into receiving system, understanding transformation requirements.
- Capture and document business requirements via workshops, meetings and other interactions with key business stakeholders to drive prioritisation of strategic goals.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
- Proven track record in delivering complex projects involving multiple systems and stakeholders.
- Experience in data migration highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all organisational levels.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to present data and insights effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving expertise in a commercial environment.
- Ability to constructively challenge assumptions, frame problems clearly.
- Ability to document use cases, processes and data requirements to a good standard.
- Superior stakeholders skills and ability to engage with business at varying levels.
- High level of communication skills using a myriad of channels.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills in a commercial environment.
- Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions.
- Ability to interact with team members at all levels of hierarchy (e.g. ranging from GMs to Consultants).
