InPost is a leading player in the business to consumer parcel delivery market. In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader. InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 5000 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 5000 fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24/7) enabling customers to collect, send and return parcels at their earliest convenience. The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer’s Polish home market. Role Overview

InPost Italy is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to provide interim coverage during the HRD's maternity leave. The role carries full Director-level HR accountability for the Italian market and requires the ability to represent People & Culture at Management Team and Group level from day one.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Leadership & Supervision

– Provide HR leadership and act as formal HR authority for InPost Italy during the interim period

– Represent P&C at the Italian Leadership Team and in Group / cross-country HR meetings

– Manage, coach and develop the P&C team ensuring continuity of operations

– Drive HR priorities aligned to the 2026 People roadmap

2. Budget & Finance

– Own HR budget supervision and personnel cost planning

– Exercise formal payment authorization for HR banking flows

– Coordination with Compensation & Benefit team on C&B topics

3. Talent & Performance

– Oversee recruitment plans and headcount requests

– Oversee performance management processes

4. Labour Relations & Compliance

– Provide senior oversight on labour relations matters including union agreements, collective bargaining, complex disciplinary cases, termination procedures and conflict mediation

5. Learning, Development & Internal Communication

– Provide oversight and strategic direction on learning & development initiatives

– Supervise internal communication activities ensuring alignment with InPost Group standards and consistency of people-related messaging across the organization

6. Payroll Oversight

– Ensure supervisory oversight of payroll operations, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance and continuity throughout the interim period

Required Profile

Experience

– 8 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP role in multinational companies

– Proven track record managing a full HR function with direct reports

– Background in logistics, e-commerce, retail or fast-growth operations strongly preferred

Technical Skills

– Deep expertise in Italian labour law and CCNL management (CCNL Commercio preferred)

– Solid command of compensation & benefits, salary review and job architecture frameworks

– Experience with payroll oversight and HRIS platforms

Soft Skills & Leadership

– Executive presence and credibility to represent HR at MT and Group level from day one

– Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal onboarding time

– Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all seniority levels

– Hands-on, delivery-oriented mindset — able to balance strategic and operational demands simultaneously

– Discretion and professional integrity in managing sensitive HR matters

Languages

– Italian: native or full professional proficiency

– English: fluent — mandatory for Group meetings and international reporting
