We’re seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated and goal-oriented. This role focuses on generating new business through outbound prospecting with warm leads and handling inbound inquiries. You will quote and sell a range of personal lines products while educating clients and guiding them through coverage decisions. Success in this role comes from strong communication, consistent follow-up, and the ability to confidently close business.

  • First-year earnings of $50,000 to $70,000 with uncapped commissions

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty license required in Ohio
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
