We’re seeking a Spanish Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative who thrives in a performance-driven environment. In this role, you will prospect, quote, and close new business while building strong client relationships and maintaining a consistent pipeline. You will work Monday through Friday, using a mix of outbound activity, referrals, and warm opportunities to drive results and grow your book of business.
- Base salary starting at $45,000 with first year earnings around $65,000-$85,000, but can be $100,000+

Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
- Prior sales experience, preferably in insurance sales
- An active Property and Casualty license is required, Life and Health is a Plus
- Strong closing ability with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle objections and maintain persistence
Responsibilities
- Prospect, quote, and close new personal lines policies (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella)
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline through calls, referrals, and community engagement
- Conduct coverage reviews and recommend tailored solutions
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and renewals to drive conversions and retention
- Deliver a strong, relationship-focused customer experience
