Responsibilities
- Prospect, quote, and close new personal and/or commercial insurance business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultative sales
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and inbound inquiries in a timely manner
- Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate client records and activity in CRM systems
- Stay current on products, carriers, and industry trends
