$55,000–$65,000 Base Salary + Benefits
- Lead and support branch service support staff
- Train, mentor, and cross-train technicians and support personnel
- Coordinate technician scheduling and job assignments
- Support customer service operations and assist with technical service needs
- Resolve customer concerns, billing questions, and service-related issues professionally
- Partner with dispatch, warehouse, and warranty teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Review billing accuracy and assist with credit and collections support as needed
- Promote workplace safety and enforce company safety standards
- Assist the Branch Manager with operational initiatives and branch support activities
- Associate degree or technical school background preferred
- 3–5 years of technical, mechanical, or commercial service industry experience
- 3–5 years of leadership or management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
