Compliance Manager

- Ensure Title 31 Compliance; to include thorough auditing of daily Title 31 paperwork, accurate and timely submissions of FinCEN filings, issuance and tracking of departmental exception reports, assistance with facilitation of classroom training, one-on-one training, and test review.- Ensure the properties Title 31 Program complies with corporate, federal, and state requirements.- Record retention of all Title 31 documentation as required by the Bank Secrecy Act and Cactus Pete’s Casinos document retention policy.- Preparation of Bank Secrecy Act documentation for approval and submission.- Ensure Title 31 investigations for possible Suspicious Activity are completed and documented. - Record retention of all Suspicious Activity documentation.- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC)...
