We’re seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who is customer-focused and motivated to succeed. This role centers on generating new business and delivering tailored insurance solutions while contributing to the agency's overall growth. You will work with warm leads, follow a structured sales process, and consistently follow up to close opportunities. This is a Monday through Friday role with no evenings or weekends, supported by a collaborative team and strong leadership focused on helping you improve and succeed.
- First-year expected earnings of $70,000 - $90,000, with top performers earning $150,000+

Requirements
- Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Prior insurance sales experience
- Strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
