The University of Miami/UHealth Department of Obstetrician & Gynecologist (OBGYN) has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Clinical Business Operations Representative 2 (CBOR 2) to work in Miami, FL. The Clinical Business Operations Representative 2 (CBOR 2) supports the department’s daily administrative and operational activities by coordinating patient scheduling, provider support, referral processing, and front- and back-end clinic workflows. The role partners with providers, clinical staff, patient access teams, and patients to promote efficient back end clinic operations, timely access to care, accurate documentation, and high-quality customer service in alignment with departmental and organizational standards.
DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS
Function as the primary on phones using Nice Systems as a call center.
Answer phones and provide patients with the assistance/guidance they seek.
Scheduling/Rescheduling appointments of new and established patients.
Managing provider’s bump lists and re-scheduling, with occasional assistance, within 48 hours of receiving the bump list.
Confirm patient appointments for the next week/next few days.
Process CRM’s from clinical sites/Uconnect.
Respond to all In baskets in a timely manner (what is considered timely is defined by the division).
Responsible for UChart In basket messages: Results notes/ RX Request/ Pt Calls/ Cc Chart and Rx Response assuring all messages are marked for completion on a weekly basis
Confirm appointments with patients regularly.
Submission of relevant paperwork on behalf of our doctors.
Other duties as assigned.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Skill in data entry with minimal errors.
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.
Skill in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment.
