Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to guests and answering phones
- Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Works cooperatively with Service Advisors
- Updates records
- Communicates with callers and visitors in a friendly and efficient manner
- Processing customer payments via cash, check, or credit card
- Assists in scheduling and confirming appointments
- Participates in customer satisfaction and customer retention efforts
- Performing other duties assigned by the Service Manager
Qualifications
- Previous business development center experience, preferred
- Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be able to professionally assist customers in a variety of situations while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and positive demeanor
- Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility - ability to daytime and evening hours plus Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
- Able to clear a pre-employment background check
- Maintains a professional appearance
