- Make outbound calls to existing and potential homeowner customers and educate them on Enphase, solar value proposition, basic needs analysis, as well as a high-level overview solar buying process
- After qualification, schedule customers with installers to conduct a solar consultation to include design and pricing with a Solar Specialist (virtual/in person options vary by company)
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions to help them
- Maintain database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information
- Track customer interactions with customer service tickets
- Post appointment follow-up may be required to ensure a positive customer experience and potential re-direction of customer to a different installer more suited to meet the customer’s needs
- Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- 2+ years of call center experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven track record of setting appointments for solar consultations to homeowner customers
- Demonstrated experience in lead qualification and appointment setting
- Self-starter, and go-getter; able to work in fast-paced environments and comfortable working through unknowns
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools to drive productivity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The base pay for this position is $20.77 to $32.71 per hour. This base salary may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
