Job Description
- Good at Co-ordination with Shipping line, CHA and Forwarders
- Ensure to comply on receipt of Bill of Lading from forwarder/shipping line.
- Coordination with Customer service teams for shipment updation to customers.
- Pro-active coordination with Shipping Lines, CHA, Forwarders
- Good to work alongwith team and should possess qulities of Team Player, Cross functional,
- Collaborative, Conflict Resolution, Analytical Skills, Attention to Details.
- Problem Solving: Identified root cause of a problem and works with others to permanently fix problems.
- Communicating customers for export shipment documents
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stake holder
- Responsible for complete export shipment planning process as per incoterms and customer orders – right from cargo readiness to shipment and b/l release - from multiple loading ports in India
- Knowledge of Exim Policy, Incoterms, Payment Terms, UCP Rules , FTA/PTA
- Process Knowledge of Pre-post shipment Documentation
