Job Description
The Senior Workforce Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles, ensuring timely hiring to meet business needs. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with external vendors, while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar positions
- Source candidates through multiple channels including vendors, job boards, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Screen and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with recruitment vendors to ensure consistent candidate flow.
- Track and report hiring progress, pipeline status, and challenges.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with business requirements.
- Maintain a strong candidate database for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Support onboarding activities when needed (documentation, joining coordination, etc.).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue-collar or mass hiring.
- Experience in managing recruitment vendors is a strong advantage.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
