Job Description
The YouVersion Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for leading quality assurance efforts across multiple projects, working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that software is thoroughly tested and meets established quality standards. This role focuses on designing and executing test plans, maintaining automated test scripts, and providing mentorship to quality engineers. The Senior Quality Engineer drives improvements to QA processes, develops strategies for automation and manual testing, and contributes to delivering high-quality products by proactively identifying issues and ensuring they are resolved before release. The Engineer utilizes their skills to deliver technical outcomes that align with the direction of their team to further Life.Church’s mission and to reach people for Christ.
